TOTE Wrap-around Tote Tank / Intermediate Bulk Container (IBC) Heater
Wrap around IBC / TOTE tank heaters are an all-in-one IBC Tank Heater solution with built-in insulation and a temperature controller to maximize heat efficiency and heat-up time. Designed to wrap around an IBC/TOTE to heat the contents while insulating to keep the heat exactly where it needs to be. Wrap around IBC/TOTE heaters provide the most practical, efficient means of freeze protection, viscosity control, thermal mixing, and temperature maintenance of materials.
- Easy-to-use dial temperature controller available in °F or °C (see ordering options).
- Plug-and-Play design is ready for immediate use out of the box.
- Fits any container with a total perimeter between 160” (4064mm) to 192” (4877mm).
- Available in three standard height sizes to meet your needs.
- Designed for use with caged or direct contact metal and plastic IBC/TOTE containers.
- Two-Zone heater design allows heat output to be adjusted when content levels decrease.
- Non-Invasive wrap-around heater design allows you to heat a tote tank / IBC from the outside without risk of contaminating or scorching materials inside.
- Built-in manual reset high-limit safety thermostat to prevent over-heating.
- Grounded heating element meets NEC 427.23.
- Attachment method using adjustable nylon straps with buckles (Two across the top and three around the tank).
- Adjustable nylon straps allow the heater to fit a wide variety of tank sizes without sagging, reducing incidental damage from forklifts.
- Mouse-hole cut-out reduces downtime by providing easy access to spigot without requiring the user to remove the heater.
- Speed up the flow of slow moving and uncooperative contents such as honey, molasses, lube oil, and more!
