Quotes, Pricing & Availability

Quotes are provided by Therm-x directly and are subject to the terms stated on each quote. Product specifications and availability may change without notice.
Orders & Payment
All orders are placed directly with Therm-x after a quote is issued. Payment terms, shipping, taxes and delivery are confirmed on your quote or order acknowledgement.
Warranty
All Therm-x engineered products are backed by the Therm-x warranty. Third-party manufacturer products are backed by their respective manufacturer's warranty. For any questions, contact us or the manufacturer directly.
Returns
Returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number from Therm-x customer care before the product is shipped back. Packages returned without an RA number will be refused. Damaged or defective products are accepted for repair or exchange at our discretion within 30 days from the date of shipment. Used or customized (made-to-order) products are not returnable, except for warranty purposes. Shipping damage or missing items must be reported to Therm-x within 24 hours of receipt.

Title- Risk of Loss
Title to items purchased is passed by Therm-x to the customer at the time of shipping. Thus, the customer shall take on full liability for the validity of the delivery address provided at the time of purchase. Therm-x shall not incur any loss arising due forwarding the shipments to the new address. You shall not hold us responsible for any delays or damages resulting from war, seizure, riot, embargo, terrorist activities, Acts of God, or other events or acts outside of the reasonable control of Therm-x.
